Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin has been working hard this offseason. After a season that ended with the Rebels narrowly missing out on a spot in the college football playoff, Kiffin is working to ensure that does not happen again. However, on Friday, he took a break to spend some time with his family for the Fourth of July celebrations.

With the Fourth of July taking place on Friday, Kiffin, who is worth $14 million as per Celebrity Net Worth, was able to spend the day with his family, including his daughter Landry. He shared a photo of many of his family members on his Instagram story on Friday night.

Lane Kiffin is heading into his sixth season as the head coach of the Ole Miss Rebels. This past season, they went 10-3, winning the Gator Bowl after failing to qualify for the college football playoff. Kiffin has head coaching experience with three other college football programs, Tennessee, USC and Florida Atlantic.
Kiffin also has a little bit of coaching experience at the NFL level. He was the head coach of the Oakland Raiders in 2007 and 2008 before getting fired midway through the 2008 season.
Lane Kiffin Opens Up About Getting Sober for His Family
Lane Kiffin now appears to have a happy family life, as can be seen from his Fourth of July Celebrations, but that was not always the case. While Kiffin never became estranged from his family, their relationship got rocky at various points in recent years. In an appearance on “The Pivot” podcast in April, Kiffin opened up about getting sober and how he owed that to his children.
“I owe that to my children,” Kiffin said. “I was great at work but I wasn’t present when I finally got home, because man, I gotta have a couple of drinks… I’m giving my best version of myself at work but not at home, not for the kids.”
After getting sober, Kiffin’s daughter, Landry, moved to Mississippi to live with him.
“My daughter (Landry) ended up moving here by choice in high school from Manhattan Beach, California to Oxford, Mississippi to come live with me,” Kiffin said. “I don’t think that would’ve happened before. And now, my son is doing it by choice. And then my daughter stayed here for college when she could’ve gone other places.”
Kiffin went on to speak about how while he did not hit rock bottom, he got sober because he was tired of digging himself out of messes.
