Fresh off their second Super Bowl win in eight years, the Philadelphia Eagles are looking to continue their dominance this offseason at the NFL Draft by building on their elite roster.
While they don’t have many needs, they have an opportunity to select the best player available, which should be a scary thought for the rest of the league. Find out who we think they could target in this 7-round Philadelphia Eagles mock draft.

7-Round Philadelphia Eagles Mock Draft
Just because the Eagles won the Super Bowl doesn’t mean there aren’t opportunities to upgrade at various positions. Here, I focused on adding depth and competition, especially in the trenches.
32) First Round – DT Walter Nolen, Ole Miss
After seeing how the Eagles’ defensive front got after Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes in the Super Bowl, they could decide to go in that direction again with their first pick.
Walter Nolen, an All-American, finished the 2024 season with 48 total tackles, 6.5 sacks, and proved that he can be a force on any interior.
Adding a 6’3″, 300-pound defensive tackle might not be something Philadelphia has to do, but it can’t hurt after seeing the impact the line had on their championship run.
64) Second Round – EDGE J.T. Tuimoloau, Ohio State
Just to make sure there are no loose ends, the Eagles could very well decide to sure up the edge-rusher position in the second round.
This may be the case because Pro Bowl edge-rusher Josh Sweat is scheduled to be a free agent this offseason.
In case the Eagles lose him, they might need some help there.
Tuimoloau, a three-time first-team All-Big Ten selection, recorded a career-high 12.5 sacks this season enroute to helping the Ohio State Buckeyes win the national title.
Adding the 6’5″, 270-pound Washington native could be the right call here.

96) Third Round – OT Hollin Pierce, Rutgers
There is never a bad time to improve the offensive line seeing as that is how most games are decided in football.
As good of a player as six-time Pro-Bowl left tackle Lane Johnson is, he will be 35 this offseason. A player like Hollin Pierce out of Rutgers could be a nice developmental player for the Eagles if he is available.
The All-Big Ten tackle stands tall at 6’8″ and weighs over 340 pounds, which might be all legendary Eagles offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland needs to help him grow into a great NFL player.
129) Fourth Round – WR Jaylin Noel, Iowa State
After seeing the impact that both A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith have on head coach Nick Sirianni’s offense, the team might want to look to add to that position later on in the draft.
A sneaky good prospect like All-Big 12 player Jaylin Noel looks like he could fit the bill as a key playmaker.
He reeled in 80 passes for 1,194 yards and eight touchdowns for the 11-win Cyclones last season proving that he could work well as a deep man or a slot receiver for the Eagles.
162) Fifth Round – QB Riley Leonard, Notre Dame
The Eagles do not have a pressing need at all at quarterback.
When you have a three-time Pro-Bowler under center who has taken you to multiple Super Bowls in three years, that is a pretty good sign.
Kenny Pickett is also a solid backup behind Jalen Hurts.
However, taking a late-round flyer on an experienced, winning quarterback like Riley Leonard might not be a bad idea.
The worst-case scenario is he doesn’t work out as a developmental player and has to be traded away, which means the Eagles will just have to settle for the great Jalen Hurts for the next decade.
They are probably just fine with that.
166) Fifth Round – LB Jack Kiser, Notre Dame
To close out the draft, the Eagles could go back to South Bend, Ind. to sure up the middle of their defense, or at the very least add some more depth.
Longtime starter Jack Kiser could be exactly what the team needs behind All-Pro linebacker Zach Baun, an experienced, sideline-to-sideline player who has seen everything.
Kiser brings good size (6’2″, 230 pounds) and football I.Q., which could be there icing on the cake for Vic Fangio’s defense.
