Former NFL star Adam “Pacman” Jones appeared on The Pat McAfee Show on Friday and hinted that Deion Sanders could be positioning himself for the Las Vegas Raiders job—potentially to coach both of his sons.
Quarterback Shedeur Sanders is a bona fide top-10 draft selection, while safety Shilo Sanders will more than likely be a Day 3 pick, primarily due to his surname.
Pacman Said Coach Prime Wanted Raiders Job
Sanders, also known as Coach Prime, was reportedly interested in the Las Vegas Raiders head coaching job, as the team is in a position to potentially select his son, Shedeur, with their first-round pick.
However, it appears Ben Johnson is set to be offered the job—one that Sanders coveted.
PacMan Jones is pretty strongly implying on McAfee that his close friend Deion Sanders wanted the Raiders job in order to coach both his sons, but that it has been indicated to him that Ben Johnson will end up in Las Vegas and Kellen Moore will be the coach in Dallas

“Sources say that Ben Johnson is going to be the Raiders coach, like real good sources, like I’m talking about real good sources, we shall say,” Adam “Pacman” Jones said on The Pat McAfee Show.
Jones also shared his belief that Sanders will remain at Colorado rather than head to Dallas, predicting the Cowboys job will go to Kellen Moore.
There is a unique dynamic between the Sanders family and the Raiders. Las Vegas needs a quarterback, and Shedeur Sanders is among their most likely first-round candidates.
Deion may have gotten inside information on the Raiders’ head coaching search in case they do draft Shedeur. Stranger things have happened.

Johnson would be a strong candidate for the Raiders. He revitalized the Detroit Lions offense under quarterback Jared Goff, who had been cast aside by the Los Angeles Rams.
Johnson’s play-calling has been masterful, guiding the Lions to the NFC Championship Game last season and securing the NFC’s No. 1 seed this season.
Shedeur could do far worse than playing under Johnson, a coach who wins wherever he goes and consistently elevates his players’ performances.
