YouTuber Pablo Torre has released several audio files of North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, talking badly of several people, and they have so far been a bad look for the already-controversial couple. In that same podcast episode, Pablo Torre revealed that Hudson just showed up during an episode of Belichick’s podcast and started ordering people around. However, the staff had no idea who she was.
The incident happened around September 2024, when it was still not known publicly that Belichick and Hudson were dating. When the people working there were introduced to her, she was introduced as “Bill’s girlfriend,” and at that time, they had no idea that she was actually the one running his media company and their new boss.
“The reason why this is a thing for the people on set was that she showed up,” explained Torre. “And they didn’t realize why she was doing any of it.” (38:36)
“She has a very clear view of what her job was, and everyone else was like, ‘I suddenly realize that I was working for Jordon Hudson’, and they had no idea who she had been,” Torre added.
Co-host Katie Nolan added that many were not amused by this, as they suddenly had a new boss running his media company out of nowhere and already bossing them around without prior notice. All they thought that she was just his much younger girlfriend and not their new boss.
Jordon Hudson has been a very controversial figure on the side of Bill Belichick, as she has alienated him from his family and has also had North Carolina fans turn on him, as the drama surrounding her had been overshadowing his moves as the new Tar Heels head coach.

Also in that episode, Pablo Torre revealed what many have been thinking, and that was the rumors that UNC admins were not very happy with Jordon Hudson having such a big influence on Bill Belichick.
Torre noted that North Carolina general manager Mike Lombardi had told several people in the program that Hudson was no longer involved with the football program, nor was she allowed in the building. It was also revealed that Lombardi, Belichick co-host Matt Patricia, and many others around the UNC Football program were not amused with her influence towards his decisions.
