Ex-Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore has been facing scrutiny for his off-field endeavors that led to his firing from the franchise and even to an arrest on Wednesday night.
Moore was charged with three measures, including home invasion, stalking and entering without permission, as he is reported to have broken into Michigan staffer Paige Shiver’s house and threatened to kill himself and her with butter knives and scissors.
During the controversy, an OnlyFans model, Mia Sorety, also claimed that Moore attempted to have a relationship with her and invited her over to watch Michigan games via Instagram DMs.
However, while rumors like Moore bargained sexual activities in exchange for game tickets swirl the internet, Sorety cleared the air on some of the facts:
“I just wanted to clear that up because that that that part was crazy he was dming me he was messaging me um but yeah it wasn’t because i inserted myself i was kind of like dragged into the drama. It was always friendly conversations between us it was never anything crazy life that he did, um, offer multiple times to fly he was like ‘I would fly you first class i just really want to meet you i would love to hug you’ just like little innocent things like that like nothing crazy it was never anything sexual. For the championship game i took myself to the championship game, with with my sister. Nobody took me to that game he didn’t buy the tickets he didn’t give me the tickets. But during the game we were messaging and then after the game, he was, I think they were saying at the Hilton in downtown, he was like, ‘you should come’.”

Urban Meyer Reacts to Sherrone Moore’s Arrest and Firing Saga
Moore was appointed as the Michigan head coach after Jim Harbaugh moved on from the team and got a job in the NFL in January 2024.
During this week’s ‘The Triple Option Podcast’ appearance, Urban Meyer shared his thoughts on the situation and highlighted how Moore was on top of the world a week ago, being 6-0 on the Buckeyes at home and suddenly found themselves in a situation like this.
“Now, this is something that, from what you read, that’s some serious stuff that went on. And just, all of a sudden, you start seeing the impact. Forget football. Who cares about football?”
Despite having been an ex-head coach of Michigan’s biggest rivals, Meyer highlighted the human element of it all.
