Ole Miss Rebels coach Lane Kiffin is not only putting his body to work in the 2025 season. He’s also sweating in the gym and his latest display shows the result.
On Tuesday, Kiffin reshared a shirtless photo of himself in the mirror selfie to show off his toned physique. Beside him was Ole Miss certified trainer Autumn Brothers. The image was captioned with: “Grind and Ground this morning!!”
The workout session was at Studio 432, since the story of Kiffin had it tagged.
The post comes at the start of the bye week. It seems Kiffin is enjoying the downtime and is getting his energy level up by hitting the gym hard.

Lane Kiffin Leads Ole Miss to Unbeaten Season Before First Bye Week
The Rebels defeated No. 13 LSU Tigers 24-19 to stay unbeaten this season and claim the No. 4 rankings in AP college football poll. Through five games, the team is 5–0 (3–0 in the SEC). Their win against the Tigers was their first win against a ranked team this season. Previously, they begin their season, beating Georgia State.
Then, they had defining performance in their wins against Kentucky and Arkansas. Before the LSU counter, they defeated Tulane 45-10.
What’s more important is that Lane Kiffin’s program has continued to win despite a forced change in starting quarterback. After Austin Simmons was injured during the game against Arkansas, backup quarterback Trinidad Chambliss has done well.
In the win against LSU, Chambliss threw for 314 yards and ran for 71. Under him, Ole Miss racked up 480 yards of total offense compared to LSU’s 254. Moreover, the Rebels overcame 14 penalties for 109 yards. Heading into bye week, Kiffin said he’s loving the story of Chambliss taking on some of the big names in the SEC.
“This is a really cool story,” Kiffin said. “I like good stories. Here’s a little, short kid from Division II going against Nussmeier and the mighty Tigers with Ole Miss. It was really cool.”
When asked if Chambliss will get the nod ahead of Simmons, Kiffin didn’t rule out the possibility.
“We’ve got a bye week coming up,” Kiffin said. “It’s a good problem to have. I don’t have that answer right now, and I don’t need to have it right now. We have two really good quarterbacks. That’s a really good thing to have. You see around the country, people usually when they lose their quarterback, their team changes a lot. And Austin got hurt, and we’re still able to play the way that we played.”
