The Ohio State Buckeyes and Michigan Wolverines’ iconic rivalry, “The Game,” has a lot of eyeballs tonight, including NBA legend LeBron James, who is following the game very closely.
The four-time NBA champion also happens to be an Ohio State superfan, and considering the Buckeyes’ impressive start against the Wolverines, James was all over the moon congratulating and celebrating every positive Ohio State play.
LeBron first reacted to Julian Sayin and Jeremiah Smith connecting for a 35-yard, controversial touchdown. He also wished Jeremiah Smith a happy birthday whilst also congratulating him on his fourth touchdown.
“TD 4!!!! Happy Bday too Young”, LeBron wrote on X.

This play saw LeBron again write a congratulatory text for Brandon Inniss on X.
“Yessir B Innis! The Captain TD” , James further posted on X.

LeBron James Reacts To Jeremiah Smith’s One-Hand Touchdown Against Penn State
This is not the first time LeBron’s been in awe of Jeremiah Smith’s performance this season. In the Buckeyes’ 38-14 win over Penn State earlier this month, James couldn’t help but appreciate Jeremiah Smith’s performance against the Nittany Lions.
His one-handed touchdown in the fourth quarter left LeBron astonished, writing on X:
““MAN WHAT JEREMIAH SMITH!!!!!!! INSANE TALENT.”

Jeremiah Smith compiled a total of 123 yards while scoring two touchdowns and six receptions against Penn State.
LeBron James’ support for Ohio State stems from the fact that Ohio is his hometown. After being born in Akron, Ohio, James played basketball, representing St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Ohio itself.
