North Carolina Tar Heels vs. Clemson Tigers: Game Summary
It took hardly any seconds for Clemson to score seven points to their name as Antonio Williams passed for 75 yards to TJ Moore. The Tar Heels added three of their own with a 35-yard field goal from Rece Verhoff.
The attention shifted to Cade Klubnik, who led three consecutive touchdown drives before the first quarter ended. He connected to Adam Randall twice for 35-yard and 23-yard touchdown passes. In another pass, he connected with Christian Bentancur for a 45-yard touchdown.
By the end of the first quarter, the game had already started to slip out of UNC’s hands.
