“His Wife Aint Gon Let Him”: CFB Fans React As Nick Saban Reacts to Coming out of Retirement Rumors

Nick Saban announced his decision to retire on Jan. 10, 2024, shortly after Alabama faced a disappointing 27-20 loss against Michigan during the 2023 national championship showdown.

The former Alabama head coach shared that he didn’t resonate with the new college football world, as he felt that players cared more about the money than the sport due to the NIL and transfer portal.

However, close to two years after the retirement news, many analysts talked about the possibility of him return as a head coach.

Dismissing the rumours, Saban told Fox News that he’s really happy with where he is at right now and is excited to be still involved in the game. He further shared that there’s no opportunity that he would know as of now that would enhance his chances of getting back into coaching. Reacting to this, some fans said:

“I’m not going to be the Alabama Head Coach” – Nick Saban, days before accepting the Alabama job.” one fan recalled Saban’s older comments.

“He said no opportunity available that’ll enhance him so as a Georgia fan all I’m saying is that if Texas takes that leap of faith today saban will be in Orange by Tomorrow.” another fan conspired.

“Lmao. Didnt shut it down at all lol. This means, in totally open to a big time blue blood job or great NFL job.” another fan interpreted Saban’s response.

“His wife ain’t gon’ let him.” another fan added.

“When Brian Kelly goes 8-4 this year and gets fired and LSU gives him a blank check and says they will take care of NIL. He comes back. Mark my words.” another fan boldly predicted.

“Brother , both Hulk Hogan and Ozzy were in their 70s when they passed these past few days. Let’s leave the grandpa alone. He’s already done his job and prolly worn his body out , he deserves tssss.” another fan commented.

Colin Cowherd Boldly Predicts Arch Manning-Nick Saban Union

Colin Cowherd earlier shared that he believes Saban would come back to coaching but it wont be for college.

The analyst believes that Saban would now want to coach at the highest level of the game that is then NFL as he is already established as the GOAT in college.

He conspired about Arch Manning, Nick Saban and Jimmy Haslam’s connection that might turn into a team in the near future:

“Haslam circle of trust, according to an article in the Athletic last year, is the Manning family and Jimmy Sexton and Bill Parcells. Sexton is Nick Saban’s agent, so the Mannings are royalty in New Orleans, the Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. It’s called the Manning’s Children’s Hospital, and the Mannings are royalty to Jimmy Haslam. Jimmy Haslam also loves headlines.”

“Okay, the circle of trust for Jimmy Haslam is the Manning family and Jimmy Saxton, Sabans, Manning, Haslam, South.” Cowherd concluded.

Saban retired with 7 national championships and 9 SEC titles at the age of 72.
