Nick Saban may not be the head coach of Alabama anymore, as he is now enjoying his retirement, but that does not mean the rest of his family have stopped supported the Crimson Tide. It is conference championship week in college football, and Alabama is aiming for the SEC title against arch nemesis Georgia. To show her support for the Crimson Tide, Nick Saban’s daughter, Kristen Saban, donned the team’s colors ahead of the game.
“For the Tide,” she wrote on her instagram story.

She wore an all-crimson outfit, complete with a crimson coat with a crimson sweater underneath, along with some crimson pants and a pair of crimson shoes. She was doing this while doing a mirror selfie and enjoying some wine.
The title game will be held in Georgia’s own backyard, at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Saturday, Dec. 6. Georgia will enter as the No. 3 team in the country with an 11-1 record, while the Crimson Tide will be the No. 9 team in the AP rankings, with a 10-2 overall record.
With Georgia as the higher ranked team in this rivalry game for the title, as well as Georgia having the home field advantage, Alabama is considered a +2.5 underdog by BetMGM Sportsbook. However, the Crimson Tide do have the Bulldogs’ number, especially as Georgia’s lone loss from this season came from Alabama, with the Tide also winning last year’s matchup.
As for Nick Saban, he is currently an analyst at ESPN, so he has to appear as unbiased. Under his guidance, he led the Crimson Tide to six NCAA national titles, before retiring to become a college football analyst.

Quarterback That Nick Saban Offered When He Was Still Alabama Coach Commits To The Crimson Tide
Even though he has already retired from coaching, Nick Saban has left an indelible mark on Alabama, and his legacy at the school continued as a quarterback that Nick Saban offered years ago has chosen Alabama as his school of choice, even though he has long since left.
Trent Seaborn, a high school junior, has not yet signed with Alabama, but he has already committed to the school. He led Thompson to a 48-10 win at the Super 7 Class 7A state championship and revealed that it was Nick Saban who recruited him when he was still in middle school, at the age of 14.
“That was huge, because huge fan of coach Saban and what he had done, and not just the winning, but the winning process,” he said. “(He) really identified how he did things and how he structured his program as a place where players can go and really achieve their full potential and maximize that.”
Seaborn is expected to sign with Alabama next year, as part of the Class of 2027.
