Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers has been a full participant for the team this season. While the team has been hurt significantly by injuries, including one to star QB Lamar Jackson, Flowers had remained healthy as a top receiving option until recently. While he has not missed a game, he showed up on the injury report this week. Despite that, he is expected to play on Sunday when the Ravens take on the LA Rams.
What Happened to Zay Flowers?
Zay Flowers appeared on the injury report on Wednesday with a shoulder issue. He was limited in practice on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and was listed as questionable for the game.
Is Zay Flowers Playing Today?
Yes, Zay Flowers is playing today against the LA Rams. While he was listed as questionable for the game on the injury report, insider Ian Rapoport reported late on Saturday night that Flowers will play the game. However, he is not expected to be at 100%.
“Ravens WR Zay Flowers, questionable with a shoulder injury, is expected to play on Sunday, source said. He won’t be 100% and will likely play less than his normal allotment of snaps. But he should be good to go,” Ian Rapoport wrote.

Zay Flowers Fantasy Outlook
Before the season, Zay Flowers was viewed as a viable fantasy option. According to Fantasy Pros, he was the No. 29-ranked wide receiver in fantasy at the start of the season. However, that does not mean he is still a good option.
While Flowers has had a decent start to the season, he is not a great option this week. The biggest factor is that he is not 100% healthy. As a result, he could struggle to make catches and run routes that would normally be routine. There is also a chance that the coaching staff will limit his number of snaps.
Another factor is the absence of quarterback Lamar Jackson. With Jackson still out, Flowers will not have one of the top QBs in the world throwing him the football, which could negatively impact his numbers. As a result, we recommend going with another WR this week in fantasy.
