“How Is Zay Flowers On This List?”: Fans Rip Into Pro Bowl Voting As Baltimore WR Secures AFC Spot Over Tee Higgins

The Pro Bowl players for the 2025 season have been named. Even though the Pro Bowl has never carried the same importance as, say, the MLB or NBA All-Star game, it’s still an important honor for a player to receive. It’s supposed to be the list of the best players at each position for any given season.

Hence fans were incredibly surprised to find that Baltimore Ravens’ Zay Flowers was included in the 2025 list for the best wide receivers. While he has been one of the most productive receivers in the league in terms of yardage, he has only two touchdown receptions and has three fumbles this season. To get him in, they skipped on Cincinnati’s Tee Higgins, who is third in total touchdowns this season, but has far fewer yards than Flowers.

Fans didn’t wait to air their disagreement with the decision online.

“How is Zay Flowers on this list? Yes I’m a Ravens fan, genuinely wondering how that’s possible,” said one fan.

“Zay Flowers lol,” joked someone else.

“Does that shi say “zay flowers” 😭,” said a dumbfounded fan.

“SUTTON AND FLOWERS LMAOOOOOOO,” screamed someone else.

“How is Zay Flowers on this list? Yes I’m a Ravens fan, genuinely wondering how that’s possible,” asked another person.

Fans pointed out that someone like Flowers, who has more fumbles than touchdowns, was named to the Pro Bowl.

“Zay “more fumbles than TDs” Flowers 🤣,” joked one fan.

Another fan said that it’s incredible how a wide receiver with so much yardage can be so unproductive.

“Flowers must have the least impactful 1K yard season ever,” claimed someone else.
