Former Kentucky Wildcats standout and now Tennessee Titans quarterback, Will Levis, is not suiting up this season, but his ex-girlfriend, Gia Duddy, attended his team’s recent game. On Sunday, Sept. 21, internet personality Duddy posted photos and clips on her Instagram stories that show her at coach Brian Callahan’s Titans’ Week 3 matchup at home, at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee, against the Indianapolis Colts.

Duddy and Levis had a very public and admired relationship during the latter’s collegiate tenure, which was split between the Penn State Nittany Lions in the first half and the Wildcats in the latter. But in September 2023, reports surfaced of the pair ending their three-year relationship, months after Levis was drafted into the NFL with the 33rd overall pick in the second round of that year’s draft.

No exact reasoning was given for their split. However, it seems as though Duddy has kept her allegiance to the Titans, where Levis has spent the last two years of his NFL career. Duddy uploaded a video of NFL cheerleader Grace Fontaine dancing at Nissan Stadium, while showing her point-of-view of the game.

“Hi Barbie,” Duddy wrote.

But as reported in July of this year, Duddy won’t have to watch her ex play since Levis is sidelined for the entirety of the 2025 NFL season. He is recovering from a shoulder injury. Reports indicated that doctors recommended the 26-year-old to undergo surgery on his throwing shoulder to prevent further injury and strengthen it for the 2026 campaign when he makes his return.

Gia Duddy Shows Off Her Gameday Fit, Which Includes Tennessee Titans Gear

Along with the videos of her watching the game, Gia Duddy included a mirror selfie to capture her fit for the Tennessee Titans home game. Duddy is wearing denim bottoms, a sleeveless top in polka dot print in dark blue colors, and a matching Titans hat to show her support for the franchise. She rounded it off with matching accessories.

Unfortunately for Duddy and the rest of the Tennessee faithful, Will Levis and the Titans lost and have fallen to a 0-3 hole early in the 2025 NFL season. They were defeated by the visiting Indianapolis Colts by 21 points, 41-20.
