Will Levis entered the NFL with big expectations and a powerful arm, but his pro journey has been filled with ups and downs. After a strong debut in 2023, he became Tennessee’s full-time starter the next year, showing flashes of brilliance for the Titans.
Other than his game, Levis was also in the news because of his previous relationship with influencer Gia Duddy. The 2023 NFL Draft, when her reactions on camera went viral and pushed both of them into national conversation.
They dated for roughly three years before parting ways in 2023, and Duddy continued building a strong presence online through fashion, lifestyle content, and brand partnerships. This week, Duddy resurfaced in sports headlines when she appeared at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
She posted a video from the event, giving fans a glimpse of what went down at the Vegas GP. In the clip, she is seen dressed in a sparkly low-cut black dress with a deep neckline, paired with hoop earrings, a thin necklace, and a leather jacket draped loosely over her shoulders.
“up top in the F1,” Duddy captioned the post.

The Las Vegas GP itself was packed with action. Max Verstappen came out on top after a chaotic night, while major contenders were pushed down the order due to disqualifications and late-race surprises. It was also an event full of celebrities, with the likes of Beyoncé and Jay-Z making an appearance.
Levis’ career, on the other hand, has now reached a crucial stretch. Tennessee once viewed him as their long-term answer, but injuries have complicated that vision. His development had shown progress before his shoulder issues became impossible to ignore.
Will Levis Suffered a Season-Ending Injury
Levis’ shoulder problems began during the 2024 season when he suffered an AC joint injury to his throwing arm in a game against Miami. He continued playing, but the discomfort lingered into the offseason.
The Titans monitored the situation closely and hoped rest, rehab, and strengthening work would stabilize the joint enough for him to return at full capacity. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned.
By mid-2025, it became clear that conservative treatment was not enough. After multiple medical evaluations, Levis and the team agreed on a long-term solution. In July 2025, Tennessee announced that he would undergo surgery to repair the damaged shoulder.
The procedure required a lengthy recovery timeline, officially shutting him down for the entire 2025 season.
