    Wide receiver CeeDee Lamb went down with a second-half injury. He did not return back to the game as a result.

    With 12:42 left in the third quarter of Thursday night’s game against the Detroit Lions, CeeDee Lamb slammed his helmet on the turf as he attempted to come down with a jump ball.

    A scary moment occurred after the hit as Lamb laid on the ground and froze up, while putting his fingers in the air, revealing injury to brainstem nuclei.

    Is CeeDee Lamb Playing Sunday? 

    In order for CeeDee Lamb to play in this Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings, he has to pass concussion protocol. As of Tuesday morning, it sounds like the Cowboys are optimistic about his Sunday availability.

    Vice President Stephen Jones and head coach Brian Schottenheimer each provided positive updates regarding Lamb’s current status. Schottenheimer said Lamb is doing good and has been progressing well Jones also said that he’s doing a good job recovery from the concussion.

    CeeDee Lamb Fantasy Outlook

    Any time that CeeDee Lamb is active, he is a must-start option in fantasy football. This season, he has 57 receptions for 865 yards and three receiving touchdowns. Prior to his exit against the Lions, Lamb had six catches for 121 yards with almost most of the second half left to play.
