The Washington Commanders and the Las Vegas Raiders face off for Week 3 of the 2025 NFL season, though both teams have been infected by the injury bug. In particular, the Commanders will be missing one very important player.
Washington Commanders Week 3 Injury Report
Jayden Daniels
The Commanders QB1 will be out against the Raiders for Week 3, with QB2 Marcus Mariota expected to fill in. He is out with a knee injury and had limited participation during practice, which means he may be coming back soon.
John Bates
Backup WR John Bates will also be out, this time due to a groin injury. Unlike Daniels, he missed practice.
Noah Brown
Brown will be the second starter expected to miss the game against the Raiders, as he is nursing a groin injury.
Trey Amos
There is some good news for the Commanders, however, as LCB Try Amos is expected to return to action against the Raiders after a shoulder injury.
Las Vegas Raiders Week 3 Injury Report
Geno Smith
Raiders QB1 Geno Smith injured his knee last year, but has now recovered and will be playing against the Commanders.
Decamerion Richardson
One Raiders player that is questionable coming into the game against the Commanders will be CB Decamerion Richardson, who may be missing the game due to a hamstring injury.
