Stefon Diggs’ postgame commentary after the Falcons game about Cardi B stole the show. When asked about Cardi’s attendance at the game, the Patriots receiver didn’t hold back.
He commented that the celebration was decent but mentioned she seemed a bit late with her timing. He also added that he wasn’t sure yet and would need to review it more closely.
“It was alright. I think she was a little late, so I’m not going to, I don’t know yet. I got to do my homework. I got to watch the tape on that one,” he said.
The real playful comment came when someone asked if he’d taught Cardi his touchdown celebration. Diggs responded by saying that Cardi picked up the moves on her own although her steps were a bit shaky.
“Nah, she picked it up on her own. Dance moves are a little shaky though, so I’ll look into that for y’all though,” Diggs responded.

This light-hearted exchange comes at a time of recent turbulence in their relationship with speculation around the couple’s breakup but it’s fair to say that it’s all put to bed now.
Stefon Diggs Helps Patriots Edge Out a 24-23 Victory Over Falcons
So far in the regular season, Stefon Diggs has tallied 45 receptions, 508 receiving yards, and 2 touchdown receptions, placing him in 16th place for receptions and 22nd place in receiving yards for the season. His receptions are averaging 11.3 yards. Against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, he amassed 3 receptions for 38 yards, averaging 12.7 yards per reception with a receiving touchdown, with the Patriots winning the game 24-23.
One of Diggs’ best performances this season came against the Carolina Panthers in late September of this year. In that game, he had 6 receptions for 101 yards, which was his first 100 plus yard game in almost two seasons, coming off a torn ACL.
Cardi B, meanwhile, is preparing for her upcoming album “Am I the Drama?” and managing pregnancy.
The touchdown celebration in question has become one of Diggs’ signature moves during his time with the Patriots which prompted Cardi to attempt it from the stands.
