Shedeur Sanders Predicted To Join $8,100,000,000 Franchise As Analyst Makes Wild Claim on Possible Trade Destination

Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders has not had the rookie season many people expected from him. Heading into the draft earlier this year, Sanders was projected to be a top pick and the possible savior of a franchise. However, he fell to the fifth round of the draft and ended up on the Browns, who drafted QB Dillon Gabriel in the third round.

Sanders sat third on the Browns depth chart for most of the season behind veteran Joe Flacco and Dillon Gabriel. However, he is now the backup after Flacco was traded to the Cincinnati Bengals. Despite that, Gabriel appears to be favored by the coaching staff. As a result, he is expected to be given a long leash to get comfortable as a starter in the NFL.

With Gabriel entrenched in the starting position in Cleveland, there is speculation that Sanders could seek a trade to another franchise. On Sunday, analyst Christopher Kline suggested five trade destinations that could make sense for Sanders. One of those destinations is the New York Jets, who are valued at $8.1 billion, according to Statista.

The Jets have struggled to start the season, losing their first six games of the year. One of the biggest issues with the team is that QB Justin Fields has been one of the worst starters in the league. As a result, it could make sense for the Jets to trade for a young QB like Sanders with potential. If he wants a chance to start, there are few teams in the NFL that will have a spot, but the Jets could be one of them.

Calls for the New York Jets to Trade for Shedeur Sanders Have Started to Emerge

Christopher Kline is not the only analyst who has suggested the Jets as a possible trade destination for Shedeur Sanders. On Monday, analyst Evan Roberts also made the suggestion. He believes that there is no harm in the Jets taking a chance on Sanders.

“I would like to purchase a new lottery ticket. It is time for the Jets to acquire Shedeur Sanders. Someone tell me why that’s a bad idea,” Evan Roberts said.

The trade deadline this year is on Nov. 4.
