Shedeur Sanders made his NFL debut in the Week 11 game against the Baltimore Ravens. The former Colorado standout failed to live up to the hype as he led the Cleveland Browns to a 23-16 loss despite them leading 16-10 when he entered the game.
Sanders was handed the reins of the Browns’ offense after Dillon Gabriel exited the game due to a concussion. Deion Sanders’ son could complete just 4 of 16 passes attempted for 47 yards, while also throwing one interception and losing a fumble. His ground game wasn’t strong either as he rushed for 16 yards on three carries.
Meanwhile, Shedeur’s sister Shelomi Sanders was hyped up after the quarterback took the NFL field for the first time since being picked in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL draft. She reposted a picture of the quarterback in action and reacted with one word:
“Bossmannnnn.”

Shelomi Sanders is sister to Deion Sanders’ NFL sons Shedeur Sanders and Shilo Sanders. All three of them were born to Pilar Sanders. Coach Prime also share two children from his marriage with Carolyn Chambers. They are Deiondra Sanders and Deion Sanders Jr.
Shedeur Sanders’ Mom Pilar Sanders Reacts to His NFL debut
Shedeur Sanders’ mother, Pilar Sanders, was also closely watching her quarterback son right from the stadium.
Despite the lackluster showing, Pilar tried to stay optimistic while calling out the Browns for not giving him first-round reps throughout the season. She posted a video of herself on Instagram where she analyzed Sanders’ outing from her perspective.
“It’s okay, baby, you got this. Stefanski just told everyone on Friday you never got first-team reps,” Pilar said. “This is where you get it, during the game. Come on, baby, that’s okay. They told everybody you didn’t get first-team reps. He wasn’t shy about it, and I said, how you gonna let that happen? You don’t know what’s gonna happen in the game.
“But that’s okay, you get your prep now, baby. Let’s go, girl. My baby just needs to play his ball. You know what I’m saying? Play your ball, baby. Play the way you play. Do what you gotta do, baby. That’s what I’m talking about. Do what you gotta do, baby. First down, first down. Do what you gotta do. That’s what I’m talking about. You’re not setting my baby up for failure. We know how to work around shit.”

It appears Sanders’ mother is blaming the Browns and their management of QB room for Shedeur’s struggles against the Ravens.
