Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels has had many comparisons throughout his career, though one of the biggest ones is with RG3 himself, Robert Griffin III. However, Daniels’ mom, Regina Jackson, is not very fond of the comparison and took to X to voice her disdain for the matter.
“I wish you would stop manifesting RGIII on my son. Words are powerful and that’s all that’s talked about 🙏🏽🙏🏽,” she tweeted.

Soon enough, however, Robert Griffin III himself saw the tweet and replied, saying that Jayden Daniels always has his support and that he wants a long career for the Commanders QB.
“I have always supported Jayden Daniels and want nothing but the best for him. Being QB1 in Washington DC comes with an intense spotlight that I know well. You love your son and the real fans do to. I want a long healthy career for him. He will always have my support. 🙏🏾,” RG3 replied.

It was Commanders coach Dan Quinn who revealed what the injury was, but he did not reveal any further details, noting that they have already planned to have him receive an MRI to check how serious the injury is.
