Camille Kostek and Rob Gronkowski continue to share their fun relationship with their followers. The model and TV host gave a glimpse into their relationship by sharing a personal photo of the couple, while visiting the University of Arizona, where he attended college. Kostek posted the romantic photo of Gronkowski on Instagram Stories and captioned it “hard launch with rocky gronkstone”.
In the photo, Kostek can be seen embracing Gronkowski. Gronkowski, along with wearing his full Arizona uniform, sported the number 48. For the picture, Kostek leaned in to give Gronkowski a kiss. The photo was seemingly taken in a locker room.
Kostek also posted more personal pictures to her Instagram stories to share with fans the details of their weekend spent, celebrating Gronkowski’s time at the university.
Gronkowski previously played at the University of Arizona from 2007 to 2008 where he was regarded as one of the best players in college football at that time.

Kostek and Gronkowski’s secret to a strong bond, as Kostek has shared, is embracing their separate schedules. They believe the time apart helps keep their relationship exciting and fresh. This dynamic has sustained them since they began dating in 2015.

Kostek has been honest about being in the public eye and once shared that she had defended herself after being judged for not being married. The couple believes they are committed to each other even without the traditional commitment of a wedding ring.
Kostek’s own career continues to reach the next level as she also appeared on the October 2025 cover of Ocean Drive Magazine.
