The Los Angeles Rams will host its rival, the Arizona Cardinals at 4:25 p.m. ET today in each team’s regular season finale.
L.A. has clinched a playoff spot in the NFC, and will be a wildcard team. Meanwhile, Arizona has been eliminated from the playoffs weeks ago, but will look to end the regular season on a strong note.
Let’s take a look at the best start/sit options for today’s Rams-Cardinals game:
Start/Sit Advice For Rams vs. Cardinals
Must-Start Players
-Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride
Trey McBride has gone off this year. He leads all tight ends in receptions (119), receiving yards (1,174), and receiving touchdowns (11.) He’s a must start every week in fantasy football.
-Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson
Michael Wilson has been the Cardinals’ best wide receiver all season. He’s been exceptionally good when Marvin Harrison Jr. is inactive and Harrison Jr. is inactive today. With a big game, Wilson could reach 1,000 yards on the season with 93 receiving yards.
-Los Angeles Rams WR Puka Nacua
Puka Nacua is one of the best wide receivers in the NFL and has been on a tear recently. In the last games, he’s recorded 39 receptions, 620 receiving yards, five receiving touchdowns. Wide receiver Davante Adams is also inactive today, which should lead to more targets for Nacua.
Must-Sit Players
-Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee
Tyler Higbee has been activated after last playing on Nov. 16. With Higbee making his return back, he could play in a limited role especially with the emergence of Colby Parkinson and the fact that LA could choose to rest starters.
-Arizona Cardinals running back Michael Carter
Michael Carter will likely lead Arizona’s backfield today. Injuries, and lack of production have made starting any Cardinals running back any week a gamble. Carter will likely get more touches of any Cardinals’ back, but doesn’t mean he’s in prime for a big game.
-Blake Corum, Los Angeles Rams running back
Blake Corum is listed as questionable heading into today’s game. With the chance that he’s inactive, fantasy owners should bench him and look for a replacement.
