Madelyn Barnes, the girlfriend of Miami Dolphins rookie quarterback Quinn Ewers, recently shared a special birthday wish for her friend Bianca Rios.
She posted loving wishes on her Instagram story, sharing two different pictures to mark her friend’s big day.
Her story showed Barnes and Rios enjoying a sunny day with Barnes donning a brown bikini top and sunglasses. Rios wore a white lace cover-up, also with sunglasses. Barnes also added a sweet message to her story, writing:
“Love you so big! You deserve the best day! “
Another picture from her story captured the friends at night as they appeared to be at a restaurant for the celebration. Barnes wore a stylish blue top while Rios wore a white top.
Ewers Makes His NFL Debut in Loss to the Cleveland Browns
Madelyn Barnes has become a notable figure for football fans, famously known for her long-term relationship with Quinn Ewers. Barnes is also a student, as she is currently studying marketing at the University of Oklahoma.
Her boyfriend, Quinn Ewers, was a star at a major rival school, having played for the University of Texas. The two have been dating since early 2023, and they are over two years into their relationship.
They recently celebrated their two-year anniversary on social media as Ewers responded sweetly to Barnes’ post by saying “love ya darlin.”

In other news, Ewers is navigating his first year in the NFL as a rookie quarterback with the Miami Dolphins. The 2025 season has been a rollercoaster for Ewers as he has been going up and down the depth chart.
He has spent time as the backup QB, being named the emergency third-string QB, whilst being promoted to QB2 for a short time.

Ewers made his official NFL debut in October against the Cleveland Browns. He was able to get into limited game action as the Dolphins lost the encounter with a scoreline of 31-6.
