Safety Jordan Poyer and the Buffalo Bills are preparing for a game against their divisional rival, the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. The game is scheduled to kick off at 1 p.m. ET. While Poyer is preparing for an important football game, his wife Rachel was soaking in the Sun on Saturday. She posted a photo on her Instagram story while wearing a black bikini with a four-word caption.
“Omg get me sunn,” Rachel Bush wrote.
While Rachel Bush has been relaxing in the Sun, it has not been a relaxing season for her husband. He has only appeared in three games this season because of injuries. Fortunately for the Bills, he appears to finally be healthy. He has played in the team’s past three games and is slowly getting back to his previous form. This past week against Kansas City, he had his best game of the season, registering five total tackles, including two solo efforts, and getting credit for half a sack.
Jordan Poyer’s Wife Shares Advice for WAG Newcomers
Rachel Bush has been a WAG since she was 18 years old. As a result, she knows a few things about being in the limelight. Her husband, Jordan Poyer, has been in the NFL since 2013. In early October, Bush spoke with People about what it has been like as a WAG and the advice she would give to the women who are new to the role.
“Make sure you have something for yourself,” Rachel Bush said. “”You could even use this platform to build your own platform. I love being a wife, I love being a mom. But at the same time, I love having my own individual thing going on for myself. I had my name before I met Jordan.”
She also spoke about how, while there is a stigma around being a WAG, she does not feel like she has been reduced to just cheering from the sideline. Over the years, she has grown and learned how to do things just for her, rather than always living in the shadow of her NFL husband.
