Ahead of the much-anticipated matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, analyst Randy Moss on the ESPN NFL pre-show delivered his assessment of Saturday’s AFC North showdown.
With both teams currently sitting with identical 6-6 records, the stakes couldn’t be higher as the winner will take first place in the division with only four games remaining in the regular season.
The former Vikings wide receiver and Hall of Fame wide receiver didn’t mince his words when discussing Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers ahead of their critical division-deciding game against the Ravens.

“Aaron Rodger it’s the time to put up or shut up right now,” Moss stated on the show (0:25).
Moss also acknowledged the role Rodgers needs to have if the Steelers are to win this encounter, calling it a big game for the veteran quarterback, whilst also discussing the Steelers’ offensive coordinator Arthur Smith’s role in this fixture.
“This is a big game for Aaron Rodgers to come out. Arthur Smith (needs) to be able to put his quarterback, to put his offense in a present a better position to succeed”, Moss further elaborated (0:31).
The Hall of Famer also emphasized what exactly he wants to see out of the Steelers’ offense, urging them to get the ball to Rodgers to see if he can replicate the form and the season he is having so far.
Rodgers has posted respectable numbers this season for Pittsburgh, throwing for 2,086 yards with 19 touchdowns against 7 interceptions through 11 games. He also has a passer rating of 95.4 alongside a 65.2 completion percentage.
Steelers Come Into This Fixture With a 33-25 Advantage Over Ravens
Keeping their game story in mind, Pittsburgh holds a 33-25 advantage in the all-time regular season games against Baltimore, including a 15-14 edge in games played at M&T Bank Stadium. However, the recent past favors the Ravens, with the Baltimore-based franchise dominating the Steelers with a 28-14 victory the last time these two sides met.
The Steelers also have some momentum heading into this contest, as they lead the AFC in takeaways with 22 and have recovered 12 fumbles this season.
Both sides would like to get the seventh win of their season in order to finish first in the AFC North division with just four games left in the regular season.
