The 2025-2026 NFL season is past its midpoint, and being this late into the season, many fantasy football teams are much thinner than Week 1, especially at the wide receiver position.
As the season goes on, players get hurt, don’t fit into their roles, or just simply underperform. Fantasy owners are constantly swapping out players each week on their fantasy teams with some looking for trades or pick ups on the waiver wire.
As we head into Week 10, let’s take a look at some of the best receivers to target, some good waiver wire adds, and some start/options for this week:
Top WR Targets in Week 10
Alec Pierce
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce has been a deep threat this season. He averages over 20 yards per catch this season as he has 24 receptions for 501 yards. He hasn’t scored a touchdown yet this season which is odd, but that should and could change any game.
Tre Tucker
Tre Tucker has shown consistency being targeted four times or more in each of the last four games. He’s had four games with at least 50+ receiving yard and has been targeted 43 times this season, the most of any active player on the Raiders.
Troy Franklin
Second-year wide receiver Troy Franklin has had a big leap from Year 1 to Year 2. He’s already surpassed all of his stats from last season as he has 37 receptions for 385 yards, and four receiving touchdowns on the season. Franklin has become a favorite target of Bo Nix, having 18 targets and two touchdowns scored in the last two weeks.
Top WR Waiver Wire Adds in Week 10
Darnell Mooney
It’s been a rather disappointing season for Darnell Mooney in fantasy. He only has 12 receptions for 173 yards this season. Still, he has the ability to have a breakout game at any time given he is a speedster.
Rashod Bateman
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman has been a bit more productive than Mooney this season. Bateman has 15 receptions for 184 receiving yards, and two touchdowns this season. With Lamar Jackson playing in his second game back from injury, he could get more of his pass catchers such as Bateman involved.
Calvin Austin
Calvin Austin is another solid pickup option on the waiver wire. Austin has 19 receptions for 223 yards and two receiving touchdowns this season. He has the fourth most targets and third most receiving yards by any Steelers player this season.
Top Start, Sit Em WR Options For Week 10
Start: Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Jaxon Smith-Njigba is arguably the best wide receiver in the NFL. He has had at least 100 receiving yards in each of the last four games.
Sit: Jakobi Meyers
Jakobi Meyers will be suiting up in his first game as a Jacksonville Jaguar this weekend. Because of this, he could have a limited snap count in his first game with Jacksonville.
Start: Puka Nacua
In his first game back from his ankle injury this past weekend, Puka Nacua showed no rust in returning from the injury, recording eight catches for 95 yards and a touchdown. He’s a safe lock to start in fantasy every week.
Sit: Keon Coleman
Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman had a breakout game in Week 1, where he had eight catches for 112 yards, and a touchdown. Since then in the last seven games combined, he’s had 21 catches for 172 yards and a touchdown.
