On Monday, Dec. 1, a report was published by football analyst Adam Schefter through his X/Twitter, discussing the most recent update on Herbert’s injury, a fracture in his left hand that he suffered in his team’s most recent game.
In Schefter’s report, it was detailed that Herbert underwent successful surgery on the same day in Los Angeles, California. The team then announced that Herbert is considered questionable to play in the squad’s next game. Coming off surgery, Herbert is already being checked for a potential return in the team’s next matchup.

Football fans and spectators were in awe that Herbert is already listed as day-to-day despite recent surgery.

Most quarterbacks would have sat out the second something popped but he finished the game and the Chargers won by 17.
