Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is in the middle of possibly his last season and he “could care less” about running into violations. After the Chiefs lost against the Denver Broncos 22-19, the tight end refused to talk to the media.
With the loss, the Chiefs have dropped to 5-5 on the season, endangering their playoff hopes. Kelce offered a blunt comment to reporters when asked for comments in the post-game interview:
“If you’re going to ask me about the record, I could care less about that right now.”
Travis Kelce respectfully declined to talk post game. “If you’re going to ask me about the record, I could care less about that right now.” Obviously where things stands with the win loss record is more important to Kelce.

It’s a violation as per the NFL’s media access policy, which requires players to be made available after a game.
Fans called out Kelce for his post-game comments. One even brought his fiancée Taylor Swift, in the middle of it.
“RIP KC, it was a good run Travis Swift, go be a groupie at Tay Tay’s concerts,” one fan wrote.
“Couldn’t care less*,” one fan wrote.
“Isn’t this a fine?” another fan asked.
“*couldn’t That fine Bearcat education in full display!” one fan added.
“Well, he did say he “can’t go out like that” after last year’s Super Bowl, so I guess not even making the postseason will be a change,” one fan joked.
“He really doesn’t want to talk about his old lady’s new album,” one fan gave his quotes a different meaning.
“Funny how he only “could care less” when they lose. When they’re winning he’s suddenly all smiles and stats matter. Losing two straight and getting bullied in Denver must sting a little more than he wants to admit,” one fan commented.
Travis Kelce Crowned Chiefs’ All-Time Touchdown Leader with 84th Score
Travis Kelce has been in the NFL since 2013 and while he’s at the end of his Hall of Fame career, he added another notch to his resume.
On Sunday, Kelce scored his 84th career touchdown, making him the all-time leader in total touchdowns for the Chiefs. The moment happened in the fourth quarter when quarterback Patrick Mahomes trusted him with a critical pass on third-and-six. Kelce managed to get away from the guarding safety and ran to make good on a 21-yard touchdown reception.
This gave his team a brief 19-16 lead. However, it went in vain as the Broncos kicked two back to back field goals to win the game 22-19.
