“Pack Ya Bags Mike Tomlin”: Steelers Fans Ecstatic as New Report Claims Long-term HC Considering ‘Change Of Scenery’

Emmy award-winning journalist Josina Anderson dropped an interesting update on Monday that got Pittsburgh Steelers fans talking. The report was regarding a long-time head coach who wants to get a new job. Several long-time head coaches in the NFL have been associated with the programs for more than a decade.

Anderson said that, as per her sources, a “‘longtime’ Head Coach has told others that he’s considering wanting a change of scenery.” However, Anderson didn’t disclose which coach that maybe.

This left fans with questions as they speculated who that coach could be. One fan believes that the head coach may be the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Mike Tomlin:

“PACK YA BAGS MIKE T GET THE FUCK OUTTA MY TAHN” one fan wrote.

“Tomlin to the giants confirmed,” another fan added.

“Jon gruden back to raiders,” another fan speculated.

“I hope it’s Andy Reid so everyone can see what a fraud Mahomes is 😝” one fan reacted.

“I doubt this is real but if it was I can only say LaFleur or KOC,” one fan wrote.

“Not that many viable options other than it being Tomlin,” one fan reacted.

Longest Tenured Head Coaches In NFL ft. Steelers’ Mike Tomlin

After the latest report from Josina Anderson, several fans were thrown in disarray on who that head coach might be. In order to shorten the potential candidates, here’s the list of head coaches classified in terms of their tenure.

    1. Mike Tomlin – Pittsburgh Steelers (18 years)
    2. John Harbaugh – Baltimore Ravens (17 years)
    3. Andy Reid – Kansas City Chiefs (12 years)
    4. Sean McDermott – Buffalo Bills (8 years)
    5. Sean McVay – Los Angeles Rams (8 years)
    6. Kyle Shanahan – San Francisco 49ers (8 years)
    7. Matt LaFleur – Green Bay Packers (6 years)
    8. Zac Taylor – Cincinnati Bengals (6 years)
    9. Dan Campbell – Detroit Lions (5 years)
