The Arizona Cardinals are not in playoff contention anymore, but the rest of the season could still present an opportunity for the receiver to continue his development in his sophomore NFL season.

Harrison Jr. initially missed Weeks 11 and 12 after suffering from appendicitis. He returned to the starting lineup in Week 13, but immediately suffered a heel injury that kept him off the field in Week 14. His status going into Week 15 is unknown.

It’s unknown, but it doesn’t seem likely. He missed last week’s game, and he didn’t show up to practice with the Arizona Cardinals on Wednesday. Some argue that, given that the team is already in playoff contention, the coaching staff will be more cautious with their star receiver’s recovery process.

It seems like Marvin Harrison Jr. won’t play this weekend, and if he does, it could be in a limited fashion as he has been dealing with several health and injury issues over the last month. Fantasy Replacement If Marvin Harrison Jr. Misses Week 15
Wide receiver Michael Wilson or tight end Trey McBride have been the best receivers for Arizona this season. They could be good options to replace Marvin Harrison Jr. if he’s unavailable. Greg Dortch could be yet another good option, and likely easier to get your hands on for this weekend.
