LOOK: Newly Unearthed Mark Sanchez Video Shows Former Jets QB Left Blood Soaked After Stabbing Incident

According to a new video, former USC Trojans standout and New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez was soaked in blood after getting stabbed last week. On Monday, Oct. 6, Sanchez was seen in a recent upload by @TMZ on X/Twitter, as a surveillance video of the former NFL player showed him clutching his chest while he was spewing out blood on a sidewalk in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Saturday, Oct. 4.

This comes after reports surfaced of Sanchez being involved in a violent altercation with a local truck driver over a parking spot. It has been detailed that the truck driver, who is reported to be 69 years old, got into a heated confrontation with the 38-year-old Sanchez that resulted in physical violence, with the truck driver eventually using a knife in self-defense.

A further report by TMZ indicated that Sanchez is facing a felony battery charge for the incident that involved serious bodily injuries after he was previously charged with three misdemeanors, including injury, public intoxication, and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle. This could send the analyst to prison for six years if convicted and found guilty of the crime.

Sanchez is hailed by many as one of the greatest products of the USC football program. After his successful stint in college football from 2005 to 2008, Sanchez was selected with the fifth overall pick in the first round of the 2009 NFL Draft by the Jets. He had a nine-year tenure in professional football until 2018, playing for teams like the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys.
