Sydney McConkey, the wife of Los Angeles Chargers star wide receiver Ladd McConkey, recently shared a fitness update on social media.
Sydney shared an inspiring Instagram story of her getting a Thanksgiving holiday workout in as she posted a mirror selfie from a gym. Sydney was seen donning a purple gym top as she captioned her story, writing:
“Extra thankful for the ability to move my body today :’) Happy Thanksgiving”, Sydney wrote.
Ladd McConkey’s wife has been a pillar of support for the Chargers receiver throughout his journey. The couple, who were married in a heartfelt ceremony back in April 2025, are often seen sharing snippets of their lives on social media as they reside in Los Angeles during the NFL season.

Ladd often credits Sydney as his best friend and a vital pillar in his life. McConkey, meanwhile, finished his rookie season in 2024 and is currently having an impressive campaign for the Chargers.
Meanwhile, the NFL’s 2025 Thanksgiving week will feature a triple-header with three high-profile matchups on November 27.
The Green Bay Packers will face the Detroit Lions, with the latter side hosting the game scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. ET. Meanwhile, the Kansas City Chiefs are set to lock horns with the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium in Arlington at 4:30 p.m. ET.
The third Thanksgiving game will feature the Cincinnati Bengals vs. the Baltimore Ravens, with all games including a special John Madden patch on team jerseys to honor the late coach.
Sydney McConkey Shares Gym Mirror Selfie Ahead of Week 11 Game Day
Sydney McConkey was once again seen working hard in the gym ahead of her husband’s week 11 NFL encounter against the Jaguars.
Sydney shared a mirror selfie with a green gym top on her Instagram story a couple of weeks back, captioning the image, writing:
“Happy game day”
She also showed her game day support for the Chargers, sharing a post from the LA-based franchise ahead of the game.

Meanwhile, her husband is having a stellar season with the Chargers. Ladd McConkey, through 10 games in the 2025 season, has been a major contributor to the Chargers’ passing game. He has recorded a total of 51 receptions for 631 yards and 4 touchdowns, averaging over 63 yards per game.
His recent standout performance against Pittsburgh on November 9 saw him compile 107 receiving yards whilst also scoring a touchdown. These numbers come after McConkey’s brilliant 2024 rookie season, completing the season with 82 catches for 1,149 yards and 7 touchdowns.
