In the early morning hours of September 15, a man jumped over the security wall of NFL player Travis Kelce’s gated estate in Leawood, Kansas.
Justin Lee Fisher, 48, a former law enforcement officer-turned-private investigator, was arrested at approximately 2 a.m. local time for reportedly jumping the wall of Kelce’s gated community where Fisher was trying to deliver a deposition to Taylor Swift.
A process server attempting to deliver deposition papers to Taylor Swift on behalf of Justin Baldoni’s legal team was arrested for trespassing at Travis Kelce’s Kansas home.

What adds to the story is Fisher’s background in law enforcement. The records indicate Fisher worked at the Fort Scott, Kansas Police Department from 2013 to 2021 and as part-time law enforcement until he stopped in early 2023.
However, Fisher’s law enforcement career ended poorly. He had his police license revoked for five years due to a domestic incident, according to the Kansas Commission on Peace Officer’s Standards and Training.
The arrest of Fisher happened just two days after a major ruling. On September 13, a federal district court judge, who is overseeing the defamation and sexual harassment lawsuits between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively, denied a motion by Baldoni’s attorney to depose Swift, who was named in the $400 million countersuit filed by Baldoni earlier this year.
Swift’s Alleged Role In The Baldoni-Lively Dispute Amidst Trespassing At Travis Kelce’s House
Swift’s connection to the Baldoni-Lively legal dispute appeared to be somewhat minor. Nonetheless, Baldoni’s legal representation expressed that she claimed to play an important role in supporting Lively during production disagreements. Text messages demonstrated that Lively referred to Ryan Reynolds and Swift as her “dragons” or people who would serve as a protective support system in dispute with Baldoni.
The dynamics of the relationship seem to have significantly changed since the litigation began. Sources who are reportedly close to Swift indicated that she was feeling used by Blake during the litigation and they’ve experienced a falling out since they were formerly friends.
The legal saga that led Fisher to Kelce is connected to the ongoing drama and disputes related to the production of “It Ends With Us” film. The director and actor Justin Baldoni filed a $400 million counterclaim that unexpectedly involved Taylor Swift. The claims involve allegations made by Baldoni that Blake Lively and her support system, including Swift and Ryan Reynolds, were involved in orchestrating a campaign against Baldoni.
