This week, the NFL released a promotional video, showing several stars of the league saying their biggest wish for Christmas Day. All of them seem to want a win in their next game. Justin Jefferson? He’s more into material things for Christmas.

Every other player: “A W/win on Christmas is what I want.”
Justin: “Our Christmas list is a little expensive this year, some new clothes, never can go wrong with some jewelry.”

When asked in the video what he wanted for Christmas Day, the Minnesota Vikings star said:
“Our Christmas list is a little expensive this year, some new clothes, never can go wrong with some jewelry.”
When told that the other players had wished for a win on Christmas Day, he simply replied:
“Oh, that too”
Fans didn’t take long to react to the video, with many disapproving of the player’s comments.
“Jewelry is the most retarded thing to buy,” said one fan
“Literally none of them care,” lamented another person
“He should wish for a QB,” said someone joking about the Minnesota Vikings’ struggles this season
Could it be that the Minnesota Vikings are purposely trying to rank high in next year’s NFL Draft?
“Vikes need that draft position,” claimed one fan
Others did find the wide receiver’s comments funny.
“he out here ballin while yall wishin for gift cards lol,” said one fan
“Yeah he’s harious. I thought I was watching Chappelle,” claimed someone else
Who are Justin Jefferson and The Vikings Playing on Christmas?
The Minnesota Vikings and the Detroit Lions are playing this week on Christmas Day at 4:30 pm ET. The game is set to be played at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Lions are slight favorites for the game according to the bookies, with DraftKings having them as 7.5-point favorites. The ESPN game predictor is much more confident in a Lions victory, giving them a 74.8% chance of winning the game.
In a unique Christmas format, the game will air on Netflix.
