The Los Angeles Chargers, coached by Jim Harbaugh, have suffered an unexpected loss. On Sunday, Oct. 19, the Chargers, led by starting quarterback Justin Herbert, took on coach Shane Steichen’s Indianapolis Colts in their Week 7 matchup of the 2025 NFL season at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
Unfortunately for the Chargers faithful, Los Angeles lost to the Colts by 14 points, 38-24, as Herbert and company tallied their third loss of the year. With disappointment looming over the franchise, several fans were left unsatisfied with the recent performances of Herbert, who recently went public about his relationship with American pop star Madison Beer.
Fans online called out Herbert for his lackluster outings through memes.

Herbert is uncorking his sixth season in the league. He has always been with the Chargers. The 27-year-old was drafted by the team with the sixth overall pick in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Herbert and the rest of coach Harbaugh’s Chargers will look to improve on their 4-3 record when they take on the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday, Oct. 23, still at home.

Justin Herbert Put Up A Career-Best 420 Passing Yards In The Loss To The Indianapolis Colts
There is much to improve for both Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers if they aim to take home any titles from the 2025 NFL campaign.
With the plethora of injuries and lineup changes the squad is experiencing, one bright spot they can turn to is the fact that Herbert put up a career-best 420 passing yards in the game against the Indianapolis Colts, which is indicative of his potential as a passer.
