The Los Angeles Chargers were in Florida for a road game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Unfortunately for Jim Harbaugh‘s squad, they were dominated by the Jaguars in a one-sided 6-35 loss. The Jags go up to a 6-4 record, while the Chargers go down 7-4 as the NFL playoff race continues to heat up.
Despite this, the Harbaugh family came with the team, particularly Jim’s daughter, former Michigan polo star Grace Harbaugh. She posted a photo of herself with her dad ahead of the game at the EverBank Stadium on Instagram:

Since she graduated from Michigan and since her dad, Jim Harbaugh, took over the Chargers coaching job, Grace Harbaugh has been a regular sight during Chargers games, posting videos about the game and cheering for her dad’s team. She has been constantly cheering for them and even going with the team on the road.
Despite having his family cheer for him, Jim Harbaugh’s Los Angeles Chargers were utterly dominated by the Jaguars at EverBank Stadium, as LA struggled to score a touchdown the entire game, with the Chargers offensive line struggling to protect Justin Herbert, who was hit often during the game.
The Chargers offensive line gave up seven pressures and three sacks on 20 pass protection snaps against the Jags, and this could hurt the team’s playoff hopes as it approaches the homestretch of the 2025 season. The team’s offense was just dismal, failing to score a single touchdown the entire game and being forced to score only with field goals.
Los Angeles Chargers Loss Vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Biggest Loss of Jim Harbaugh’s NFL Career
Before Jim Harbaugh became the head coach of the LA Chargers, he coached college football, particularly the Michigan Wolverines, which he led to a national title. That title win does have an asterisk because of the sign stealing controversy, but after that season, he went over to the NFL and had a smooth transition as a pro football head coach.
While the Chargers did good under Harbaugh, Sunday’s performance was not something many had expected, as the team’s run game broke down and finished only 135 overall yards and just had eight first downs. After the game, Jim Harbaugh expressed his disappointment:
“We just weren’t doing anything well,” he told reporters. “Offensively, we weren’t running the ball well, we weren’t protecting, we weren’t getting open. Defensively, the same. We weren’t stopping the run. We’re losing coverage. I mean, go through every phase. We got beat every which way you care to get beat.”
The Chargers have a chance to rest up as they head to a bye week, before ending November with a showdown against the Las Vegas Raiders.
