As the New York Giants prepare for a Monday Night Football showdown on the road against the New England Patriots in Week 13, the team is hopeful to get the return of Jaxson Dart.

Dart has been sidelined the last few games with an injury, with Jameis Winston filling in for him. Surprisingly, the Giants have been in two one score games the last two weeks with the Green Bay Packers and the Detroit Lions.

After its 34-27 loss to Detroit last weekend, the Giants have been eliminated from the playoffs. Still, they’d like to see what their rookie Dart can do for the remainder of the season.

During the New York Giants’ Week 10 game against the Chicago Bears, Jaxson Dart suffered a concussion after taking a hard hit in the third quarter. He entered the league’s concussion protocol as he suffered his fourth concussion of the season.

Dart just has to get through the fifth step in order to be cleared from concussion protocol, which is being a full participant in practice.

In the nine games that he played in, Jaxson Dart was one of the more productive quarterbacks. He threw for 1,417 yards, 10 touchdowns, and three interceptions. He shoed off his scrambling ability, as he rushed for 317 yards and seven touchdowns, while averaging 5.6 yards per carry.

Fantasy Replacements For Jaxson Dart This Week

Fantasy owners of Jaxson Dart are hopeful that he can return this week. If he is inactive, there are some potential serviceable quarterbacks this week.

Jordan Love against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving could be a solid pick up. Aaron Rodgers against the Buffalo Bills could be an okay pickup if he is active. Trevor Lawrence could be in line for a big game against the Tennessee Titans.
