Christen Goff posted a heartfelt post Tuesday for her husband, Jared Goff’s birthday. The model and influencer turned to her Instagram story to upload a warm tribute to the Detroit Lions quarterback.
The picture displayed Jared with their young daughter, Romy, in his arms.
Christen wrote a very sentimental caption.
“Happy birthday to my best friend and the best dad to Romy girl 🤍,” Christen captioned her post.
“We love you @jaredgoff,” she further wrote.
The couple first connected on Raya, an exclusive dating app for celebrities, back in 2019, which eventually led to their wedding, a ceremony at a beautiful space in Ojai California in June 2024. And about a year later, they welcomed their daughter Romy in July.
Christen shares insights on her journey in front of her fans. She has openly discussed her experience with being a new mother, while supporting her husband’s demanding and competitive schedule. She is surely maintaining an elevated profile as she was featured by Sports Illustrated in 2025.
She has also shared that being a new mom has changed her views and priorities, while stressing how much joy can be found within both family and her own career.
Jared Goff Voices Frustration Over Officiating and Rule Technicalities
Jared Goff remains one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL and has carried some of that success into this season. Since 2023, Goff has ranked as one of the leaders in passing touchdowns, which has certainly helped his team’s success.
But in his last outing versus Kansas City, he had a play blown dead. Goff felt the need to speak on it publicly.

A clever trick-play touchdown was reversed by the officials on the field, penalizing the Lions for a rare rule violation regarding the quarterback’s motion pre-snap, and it changed the course of the game.
Goff made it clear he’s frustrated with the officiating and specifically the technicality ruling on the moment when that touchdown was erased.
