Trevor Lawrence has been exceptional this season after the slump he went through in 2024. His consistent output has helped the Jacksonville Jaguars secure a playoff position with an 11-4 record and two more games to go.
With the Jaguars moving into the playoffs, fans have started painting the bigger picture. A Super Bowl appearance. The Jaguars have looked strong all season, and imagining this scenario is no longer a stretch.
Nick Wright, a fan of Lawrence, is taking his hypothetical to another level. On a recent episode of What’s Wright with Nick Wright, the analyst imagined a scenario where Lawrence makes a Super Bowl appearance before Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen.
Both Jackson and Allen are among the top quarterbacks in the league and have won the MVP trophy. The $40 million worth Ravens star has won the MVP twice. Understandably, a Super Bowl appearance or win is expected from them.
But Wright believes that Lawrence has the potential to not only make it to the Super Bowl but also do it before the other two quarterbacks. And when that happens, Wright is all prepared to flex against the fans of Jackson and Allen.
“Can you imagine how obnoxious I’m going to be if Trevor makes a Super Bowl before Lamar and Josh?” Wright said. “Oh my goodness gracious.”

The reason why Wright is so pumped up about the possibility is that he’s seeing what Lawrence and the Jaguars are capable of. He said that while every team and player has struggled against Denver’s defense, Lawrence has “carved them up.”
Can Trevor Lawrence’s Jaguars Win the Division?
The Jaguars have already clinched a playoff position, but their job is only partly done. A team so strong and on a six-game winning streak must aim to secure the division. The Jaguars have a real possibility ahead.
As per The Athletic, the Jaguars have an 80% chance of clinching their division. In order for them to get the top spot, they have to win, Denver has to lose at least one game, and the New England Patriots also need to lose one of their two games.
With that, Lawrence’s regular season will end on a high note, and they will push themselves harder in the playoffs. Since there are multiple factors attached to this, it isn’t going to be easy. Regardless, the NFL Week 17 will be full of excitement across the entire schedule.
