Isaac Rochell’s wife, Allison Kuch, spent the past day doing what most parents do when a milestone creeps up faster than expected, trying to hold it together. The social media star has always shared glimpses of her family’s life online, but her latest posts felt especially personal as she marked a big moment for her daughter.
Even without much context, it was clear this celebration meant a lot to her. The first photo she shared set the tone. Their home was decorated for a full birthday takeover, with balloons, Minnie Mouse toys, and a giant number two floating over the room.
She captioned it like a parent who went all-in to make the day magical, showing just how much effort they poured into their daughter’s second birthday.
“twas the night before sassy’s 2nd birthday,” she WROTE.
A little later came the emotional follow-up. In the next story, Kuch appeared in a close-up video, teary-eyed, and leaning into the moment as she admitted how overwhelmed she felt. Her daughter had officially turned two, and she couldn’t stop crying about it.
“my daughter is 2 & I can’t stop crying,” she wrote.

It shows the shift in Isaac Rochell and Allison Kuch’s life since his retirement from the NFL. With Rochell stepping away from football earlier this year, the couple has leaned fully into family life.
They’ve spoken openly about wanting to be present, and this birthday snapshot reflects exactly that. For Rochell, whose seven-year career spanned the Chargers, Colts, Browns, and Raiders, this new chapter seems to offer the stability that long seasons rarely allow.
Isaac Rochell’s Wife Defended Their Marriage From Hate Comments
Allison Kuch has grown used to the attention that comes with having a large following, but that doesn’t mean she avoids criticism. Earlier this year, she addressed a wave of negative comments after she and Rochell attended the Kentucky Derby.
A video of the two walking the red carpet made the rounds online, and viewers quickly picked apart their expressions, claiming the couple looked unhappy and strained. Instead of ignoring it, Kuch responded directly in a TikTok she posted a few days later.
“Let’s address the hate comments,” she said. “This past weekend, my husband and I went to the Kentucky Derby and there’s a video circulating of us walking the red carpet and the comments are not great. The first comment is that we seemed unhappy together and that I looked miserable in general.”
She joked that the reason she appeared upset was that Rochell had supposedly slashed her “weekly allowance from $20,000 to $18,000,” leaning into the absurdity of the accusations rather than absorbing the negativity behind them.
