It hasn’t been the season that the Tennessee Titans nor wide receiver Calvin Ridley had hoped for. Entering today’s game against division foe Houston Texans, the Titans entered the game with one of the worst records across the league at 1-8.
Many knew it would be growing pains for Tennessee, as they’re in a rebuild, had the first overall pick in last year’s draft, and have started a rookie quarterback in Cam Ward.
While Ridley had a productive season last year, in his first season as a Titan recording 64 catches for 1,017 yards and four touchdowns, he hasn’t had the same season as he did last year. Prior to today’s game, Ridley had just 16 cacthes for 290 yards and no receiving touchdowns.
What Happened To Calvin Ridley?
Calvin Ridley was questionable heading into today’s game with a hamstring injury, but ended up playing. However, he took a hit in the first quarter of the game and got up and hobbled off the field after a 13-yard reception. He was carted to the locker room and is being evaluated for an ankle injury.
Due to the injury, Ridley is currently questionable to return back to the game.
