Just a few months back in July, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jake Browning’s wife Stephanie Niles returned to her motherland in Croatia. She visited Hvar, Splitsko-Dalmatinska, where she hit the beach, soaked under the sun and even went for a swim.
On Tuesday, Niles uploaded a photo from that vacation. In the photo, she’s captured from behind entering the waters in a white bikini. A yacht can be seen in the distance. She captioned the post:
“Mentally here.”
Jake Browning and his fiancee Stephanie Niles are both from the University of Washington. According to People, the two were initially hesitant to date each other but eventually they come around that as their relationship evolved romantically. In November 2024, Browning proposed to Stephanie on a beach in Malibu.
Stephanie graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in accounting and information systems. She co-founded a sustainable swimwear brand called 7th Street Swim in 2020.
Jake Browning’s fiancee Stephanie posted bad omen before Bengals were crushed
After Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has been sidelined for injury, Jake Browning has taken over the starting quarterback duties for the team. However, in both the games he started over so far, the Browns has struggled to move the ball, resulting in two straight losses including the 28-3 debacle against the Denver Broncos.
This particular loss was preceded by a bad omen shared by Stephanie Niles on Instagram. Before the game, Stephanie uploaded a photo sipping her iced coffee. She wrote:
“Happy gameday to bengals fans & bengals fans only.”
She later mentioned that her coffee spilled over her top:
“Yes i did know i had coffee on my shirt 😜 one of those days guys!!”
Browning now thrown five interceptions already this season. In that crushing loss against the Broncos, he couldn’t lead his team to a single touchdown score. He finished the game completing only 14 of 25 passes. Wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase has already expressed frustration over the signal-caller’s performance.
It remains to be seen if Browning turns around his fate in the upcoming game against the Detroit Lions.
