The Philadelphia Eagles are struggling against the Los Angeles Chargers in the Monday Night Football game, having thrown a couple of interceptions before the end of the first half. Despite Jalen Hurts’ mistakes, the situation could be worse, as they are trailing only 6-10.
What a play by #Eagles QB Jalen Hurts. He is now the first player in NFL History to throw an interception, recover a fumble, lose a fumble, all on the same play.

Regardless, fans online seem fed up with the quarterback’s lackluster performance in a game that could be key to their postseason aspirations.
“This is why Patullo doesn’t let Hurts throw over the middle btw,” wrote one fan.
“Been saying this. Patullo’s offense is designed for elite QBs,” said another person, dismissing Jalen Hurts.
“I think Jalen missed the throw; he could’ve thrown the seam ball,” joked another person.
“Jalen Hurts is simply Justin Fields surrounded by a bunch of ferraris,” explained another fan.
Does Jalen Hurts actually hamper the Eagles?
“Scientists will be trying to solve how a team won a Super Bowl with Jalen Hurts at QB for the rest of human history,” said another person.
A few fans came to Jalen Hurts’ defense and chastised the coaching staff.
“For whatever deficiencies Jalen Hurts has, this coaching staff does a HORRIBLE job of creating a game plan/attack that hilights what he actually does well. Just can’t wrap my head around it…,” explained an angry fan.
Others were unable to defend him.
“I love Jalen Hurts, but I can’t defend this,” lamented one fan.
“Jalen Hurts it is time for YOU to be NINE’D,” joked someone else.
