Days After Torching Eagles’ Defense With 146-Yard Outing, George Pickens Adds To Philly Fans Misery With Social Media Shots

The Dallas Cowboys needed a spark to keep their season afloat, and George Pickens has become exactly that. Since arriving in Dallas, he has grown into the team’s most dynamic weapon, giving an offense already capable of big plays a new level of explosiveness.

The Cowboys sit in the middle of a tense NFC playoff race, fighting to stay above average while dealing with inconsistency, injuries, and pressure. Through all of it, Pickens has turned into a steady force on the outside, delivering game-changing production when the moment demands it.

His best display came against the Philadelphia Eagles, when he turned a rivalry matchup into his personal showcase. Pickens finished with 146 receiving yards and a touchdown, catching every pass thrown his way.

His biggest play helped set up the game-winning field goal after Dallas erased a 21-point deficit. It also drew strong praise within the locker room. Dak Prescott called Pickens something special and expressed how fortunate the Cowboys were to have him.

“My expectations with him are limitless,” Prescott said, via Patrik Walker. “He isn’t from here. He isn’t from this planet. We lucked up getting a guy like that, and we’ve gotta keep him here.”

But Pickens didn’t stop there. After carving up Philadelphia’s defense, he added more frustration for Eagles fans by taking a jab at them on social media.

“Weaka** Philly fans. Ni***s known for sandwiches,” Pickens wrote.

It was a lighthearted shot, but it landed with serious impact in a rivalry that already burns hot. Cowboys fans loved it. Eagles fans definitely did not.

    George Pickens Injury Status

Pickens is currently dealing with knee and calf issues. He did not participate in the early-week walkthrough, which raised some concern. The Cowboys have monitored him closely and treated the situation with caution.

Despite the missed practice time, the team expects him to be available for the next game. The Cowboys camp is positive that his injury and struggles are manageable for now, and they will likely not turn into long-term issues.

Pickens’ workload could be adjusted if needed, but the plan is for him to suit up. His availability is important, especially with Dallas relying heavily on his production. The Cowboys will continue to evaluate him daily, but all signs point toward him being on the field when they need him.
