Week 15 is here, and that means that there is a new set of fantasy matchups to look out for. There will be several matchups where tight ends could shine this week, though there may also be some busts. Here are some tight ends that Fantasy managers should take note of for Week 15, and whether they start or sit them.
Week 15 Start ‘Em (Tight Ends)
Harold Fannin Jr.
Harold Fannin was on fire during that loss at home against the Tennessee Titans, and with Shedeur Sanders staying as the starting back for the rest of the season, Fannin has already proven that he would be a prime target for the rookie quarterback… if Kevin Stefanski lets him stay on the field.
Dalton Schultz
Schultz has been big for the Texans over the last few weeks, scoring double digits in four of his last six games. They will be taking on the Arizona Cardinals, which does not have the best defense in the world, giving up 12 points to tight ends in the last eight games, so Schultz should be a good start.
Sleeper: Theo Johnson
The Giants have not exactly been the best team in the league, but they will be taking on the Washington Commanders for Week 15, and this could mean that Johnson could get plenty of opportunities to shine against that defense.
Week 15 Sit ‘Em (Tight Ends)
Travis Kelce
Yes, Travis Kelce has multiple Super Bowl rings and has nothing to prove anymore, but he was just dismal last week, including fumbling that ball in such a tight game. Yes, Kelce can be clutch, but 2025 has not been his year on the field so far, as he has been struggling pretty badly. To top it all off, the Chiefs are facing elimination, which means Kelce has to step up more than ever, but so far, that seems doubtful.
Evan Engram
The Denver Broncos are hands down the best NFL team right now, and he is coming off a disappointing game. While it is true that he has proven that he could put up the numbers, the Broncos’ next opponent will be one of the best teams in defending against tight ends, and they are the Green Bay Packers, so it should be wise to sit him out for now.
