Fans Troll Texans QB CJ Stroud for “Zero Aura” Ahead of Crucial Chargers Showdown

The Houston Texans have a huge chance to punch their ticket to the postseason in Week 17. With either a win or a tie, CJ Stroud’s team will be there come January. This Saturday night, they’re playing a team that has already booked its spot in the NFL Playoffs: the Los Angeles Chargers.

The game is set to be played at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, and CJ Stroud is already in the venue, ready to play. The Texans’ social media team posted a short video of the quarterback arriving at SoFi Stadium; however, not everyone agreed with his muted-down pre-game outfit.

    “Zero aura,” joked one fan

“He’s dressed normally, chargers are cooked,” said another person

Others simply wanted him to throw to his best player

“Feed Nico early and often,” said one person

Some people seemed to trust the Chargers more than the Texans.

“Herbert about to cook, sorry texans,” claimed one person

    A few did support him.

“🤘🏼 CJ Stroud, Ball Placement Specialist reporting in today. Let’s git it! 🤘🏼,” said an excited Texans fan

“Slippery bottoms! He lookin’ sharp!,” wrote another person

“LETS GOOOOOO! PROVE THE NAYSAYERS WRONG! GOOOOO TEXANSSSSSS!,” yelled someone else

One fan seemed drained by the NFL season already.

“I remember when this used to hype me up,” wrote one tired fan

DeMeco Ryans Shows Respect for Justin Herbert

DeMeco Ryans spoke recently about the Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert. He had nothing but kind words for the Chargers signal-caller, and has admitted that he informs part of his training with plays by him:

“Justin is making really good decisions with the football. His ability to escape the A & B gaps is very similar to Mahomes. Really talented quarterback. One of the toughest guys I’ve seen in the pocket. I’ve shown clips of him throughout the season to our team, some of the decisions he made, how tough he is in the pocket.”

No doubt, when one considers that he’s a top 10 quarterback in the NFL across the board. He has 3491 passing yards (eighth in the NFL), 25 touchdown passes (Tied fifth in the NFL), and 12 interceptions (Tied fourth best in the NFL).

He can definitely be the difference maker in a game like today’s, where the Chargers are just -1.5 favorites.
