After sitting out this week’s practices, the Philadelphia Eagles’ WR A.J. Brown was announced to be out of the New York Giants game in week 9 due to a hamstring injury.
Brown had an impressive two-touchdown game against the Minnesota Vikings last week that ended with a close 28-22 win for the Eagles; however, he wouldn’t be able to carry the momentum forward against the Giants on Sunday.
So far, Brown has secured 29 catches for 395 yards and three touchdowns in the 2025 NFL season.
Along with Brown, Center Cam Jurgens and defensive end Brandon Graham, are also ruled out of the Giants game due to a knee injury and because of coming out of retirement just a few days ago respectively.
“Trade Him Already, Let Him Whine Somewhere Else”. One fan expressed frustration.
“BREAKING: Space Force investigating the Philadelphia Eagles A.J. Brown for sports betting and faking an injury.” another fan sarcastically wrote.
“Translation Eagles have a bye week in week 9 If a trade does happen, he doesn’t want to risk injury against giants He’s been fine all week, now a miracle he’s got a hamstring injury. I’ll guarantee it will be magically healed after.” another fan conspired.
“He’s gone. Coincidence there was no Injury reported during the game or the day after and there just happens to be a bye week next week?” another fan questioned Browns’ wide reciever’s intentions.
“Trade him omfg I stgg his value is diminishing by the day and he wants to be gone.” another fan voiced blunt opinion.
“Ok so with AJ brown, hurts had his best game ever. Let’s see what happens when he loses 1 of his many, many weapons. Without CeeDee Dak led the best offense in football. Can’t wait to watch.” another fan wrote.

Dan Orlovsky Weighs In on Eagles Star’s Cryptic Message About Jalen Hurts
The Eagles are sitting on an overall record of 5-2 so far in the season, with a little locker room tension between Jalen Hurts and A.J. Brown making the headlines in the NFL world.
During his latest analysis on “NFL on ESPN,” Dan Orlovsky said that he believes Brown prefers to be traded, while talking about the fact that the Eagles WR’s cryptic Instagram post was just about wanting more targets.
However, Orlovsky further added that according to him, it’s in the Eagles’ best interest as far as play on the field if Brown’s desire to be somewhere else was not on his mind and said that losing him would be a mistake.
