Former NFL offensive tackle Matt Kalil is seeking more than $75,000 in damages from his ex-wife, model and influencer Haley Kalil (Haley Baylee), who allegedly invaded his privacy by revealing intimate details regarding their divorce.
During a November 2025 livestream, Haley indicated that Kalil’s genital size was a major factor in their split. She described it in a now-infamous “two coke cans, maybe even a third” metaphor. The “invasive commentary” has caused Kalil and his family distress because of “deeply personal statements.”
“Deada**… for our whole marriage, deada**,” she said. “But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying… Looked up lipo-type s–t… That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself.”

Fans expressed shock after finding the lawsuit and the comments made by Haley on his genital size.
“Explains all of his false starts. Hard to hold a 3 point stance with a third leg,” one fan joked.
“Why did she marry him then or even continue a relationship with him from the beginning if that was a big issue? 💀” one fan asked.
“First guy ever to sue because someone said it was too big 😭” one fan added.
“Privacy matters, even for public figures. Personal boundaries should stay off streams if we expect respect both ways,” one fan suggested.
“I swear I wouldn’t even complain if I ever got lucky enough to deal with something like that I’d just accept it with gratitude and a big smile on my face 🥹” one fan shared an opinion.
“Was she not aware of this before they got married?” one fan wrote.
Matt Kalil’s Personal Life Impacted By Haley’s Comment, Suits Says
Matt Kalil and Haley were married in 2015 and divorced in 2022 because of “irreconcilable differences.” Matt then went on to get married with his current wife, Keilani Asmus, in 2024. The couple shares a son.
Because of the statements made by Haley on a livestream, his wife has been subjected to messages of “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time.” The former Pro-Bowler also alleged that Haley “received substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage.”
Meanwhile, upon learning about the lawsuit, Haley Kalil was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt.” She called litigation an emotionally draining experience and regretted that the situation had escalated into a legal action.
