Over the weekend, Gabriel and his fiancée, Zo Caswell, were spotted at a heartwarming baby shower for Browns cornerback Myles Harden and Ashley Marie. The couple celebrated their growing family with a warm, intimate gathering attended by several teammates and close friends.
Gabriel and Caswell turned heads with their coordinated white outfits, which perfectly matched the festive tone of the event. It was a moment of calm and joy for Gabriel, who’s been under constant scrutiny as he tries to prove himself in Cleveland.
Caswell, a Hawaii-born digital creator and longtime partner of Gabriel, shared a few glimpses from the occasion on social media, highlighting the closeness between the Browns’ young players off the field.
“Happy baby shower,” Caswell wrote.
Back on the field, Gabriel’s performance has been a mix of promise and growing pains. The third-round pick has thrown for just over 700 yards with five touchdowns and two interceptions so far, showing flashes of his poise and accuracy from college.
However, consistency remains the key hurdle as the Browns continue to navigate through an uncertain offensive identity. The upcoming stretch, including a pivotal matchup against the New York Jets, could determine how long Gabriel holds the starting job.

Cleveland’s quarterback picture continues to draw attention, with Gabriel’s development under the spotlight. Team insiders believe the Browns intend to give the rookie more time than veteran Joe Flacco to grow into the role.
The front office reportedly sees him as a long-term project worth patience, at least for the next few games. According to Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com, the Browns want Gabriel to settle into a rhythm with his receivers and get more comfortable managing the offense before making any drastic changes.
“I think the Browns need to give Gabriel a little more time to come up the learning curve and develop more timing and rhythm with his skill players before they sit him down. I would think they’d want to give him at least another four games or so before seeing what Shedeur Sanders can do down the stretch if he’s ready,” Cabot said.
Still, the clock is ticking. Gabriel needs to make clear strides in his passing efficiency and production. Cleveland’s defense has carried much of the load this season, and the coaching staff won’t want to risk the locker room’s confidence if the offense continues to stall.
