“Dillon Gabriel Is Clearly Better”: Fans Don’t Hold Back As Analyst Suggests Starting Shedeur Sanders Over Browns’ $230,000,000 Star

Shedeur Sanders currently sits at an overall record of 1-4 since getting the opportunity to be a Browns starting quarterback after Dillon Gabriel was out on injury during the Ravens showdown.

While he has just been able to secure one win, Shedeur’s overall performance and demeanor have been better than what most people expected. He even made a record of being the only QB to have 300+ passing yards in a single game.

Analyst Daryl Ruiter’s bold statement on Shedeur Sanders recently caught fans’ attention. On 92.3 The Fan, he said that he wants the ex-Colorado QB to start all 17 games next year as he believes there’s something there with Shedeur.

The analyst even chose Shedeur over Browns QB Deshaun Watson, with a contract worth $230,000,000, who missed the 2025 season due to injury.

On the 92.3 The Fan’s X post, fans poured in their thoughts.

“Nope grab a qb in Apr! F’k that I’ve seen enough of the check downs and holding onto the ball for an hour then sacked! 4th and 2 and not to see the blitz and not at least throwing it up! wtf recently a qb had same situation tossed it and a PI was called! wtf are u taking a sack?,” one fan adviced.

“I 100% agree with Daryl. Not only that, he has the competitive spirit that this team desperately needs from a QB. Let’s build the O-line and for the love of God get a professional WR. The problem is Berry can’t draft either of those positions in the past,” another fan took analysts’ side.

“Let’s look at the stats….. 5 games …. 15 sacks, 8 interceptions, 2 intentional grounding,&6 tds…. Not impressive to me,” another fan highlighted.

“What the hell is wrong with you people? Sure, let’s burn an entire 2nd season on a 5th round QB. You’ve lost your damn minds,” another fan expressed their opinion.

“Yes. Holding the ball forever while staring down a WR is completely starter material,” another fan wrote sarcastically.

“Dillon is clearly the better QB,” another fan added.

Shedeur Sanders Issues Apology To Dillon Gabriel Post Bills Game

Shedeur Sanders had to leave the field at 6:28 in the second quarter because of a pinky finger injury which seemed to be bleeding, followed by Dillon Gabriel’s entry in the game.

Sanders admitted to feeling bad for Dillon Gabriel as he thought he was putting the backup QB at a bad spot by making him play at that point of the game.

“I did everything to come back…I didn’t want to put Dillon in a bad situation…It’s tough to play that role because you don’t get reps. I said, ‘My bad bro’ for putting you in that situation,” Shedeur told the reporters.

The Browns will now play the Steelers on Sunday, December, 28.
